HISTORY
This property was first deeded in 1856 and sold for $300. It was one of only four on this block according to the 1854 plat. The home still holds a similar shape to the original plat, with the exception of the two back rooms that were added later. Rick and Cathy Taylor purchased this home in 2019.
RENOVATIONS
Fortunately for the Taylors, little structural work needed to be done when they purchased the home. However, maintaining a historic dwelling is an on-going process.
