Deed records show that this Federal style row house was built in 1832. The top exterior is lined with decorative corbels and dentils painted in detail. The home was purchased in 2016 by Dave and Amy White. The interior of this home features primitive custom cabinetry, an original tin ceiling in the kitchen, and exposed original brick walls in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. The home displays two of the original coal burning, non- operational fireplaces. In addition, a bonus room sites on the lower level, outside of the house, which now serves as a respite “she-shed” looking out over a delightful English garden.
