As a courtesy to our homeowners who have graciously opened their homes for you, please be mindful of the following:

• NO Pets Allowed
• NO eating, drinking or smoking in ANY of the tour sites
• NO spiked heels
• NO photos or videos inside the private homes. Please respect our homeowner’s request
• NO Large handbags, backpacks, etc. on tour

Other tour info:

• All Tickets are WILL CALL and are available for pick up at the Visitors Center. You must pick up your ticket/digital booklet or ticket booklet before beginning the tour (your confirmation is NOT your tour ticket)
• This tour requires walking and climbing stairs and is Not ADA Accessible
• We suggest you wear easy slip-on shoes as you may be required to remove them or slip on provided booties at some homes
• Runners have been installed in the private homes, to protect the floors, please stay on the runners
• Dress accordingly for winter weather, you may experience lines at some locations
• Tickets may be used on any of the four nights of the tour
• You may download the free App PocketSights to assist you along the tour route
• Homes may be toured in any order but cannot be repeated
• Tickets are non-refundable
• As a courtesy to others on the tour, please silence your cell phones
• Tickets are available for purchase at the Visit Madison Visitors Center, 601 West First St. during tour hours (we have extended hours on tour nights)
• The ticket purchaser (including any minor children), grants Visit Madison, Inc. permission to use any photos taken during the the tour for promotional purposes
• The bearer of this ticket releases all private homeowners from any claims that might arise from participation in the Nights Before Christmas Candlelight Tour of Homes
• All proceeds generated from this tour benefit the non-profit organizations that make this event possible.
• Tour hours are 5-9 pm on both Fridays and 3-9 pm both Saturdays; no Sunday tours
• Pre-sale pricing ($25) ends NOVEMBER 1st, during regular business hours, online sales end at 11:59 pm. Ticket price then increases to $35 for adults (plus a handling fee per ticket for online and credit card purchases)

• When mailing ticket orders to us and paying by check, please allow 5 days for delivery. Checks should be made to Nights Before Christmas. Orders received in the mail after the pre-sale date (Nov. 1st) will not receive the discounted price
• Children’s tickets are $5 for ages 5-12, those under 5 are free (plus a handling fee for online and credit card purchases)
• Hospitality Sites are located along the tour route. Feel free to stop in to use the restroom and have a free refreshment!
